When an on-site drug screen returns a non-negative result, the specimen goes to an accredited laboratory for confirmation. The Australian Standards require every step of that journey to be documented, from the donor's consent through to the laboratory signing for the sample. This book holds the forms that make that record. Each form covers both urine and oral fluid (saliva) testing, so one book serves your whole program.
