The Quantisal™ Oral Fluid Collection Device is designed for the collection, transportation and preservation of oral fluid specimens for laboratory confirmatory drug analysis.  It’s widely used in workplace, forensic and clinical testing programmes.  Quantisal provides a simple and hygienic oral fluid collection process and supports split sample for secondary testing when required.

Quantisal features a unique volume adequacy indicator built into the collection wand.  When the collection pad turns blue, approximately 1mL (+/-10%) of oral fluid has been collected.

This helps reduce the risk of insufficient specimen collection and minimises the likelihood of “Quantity Not Sufficient” (QNS) laboratory results.

Stabilising Buffer System

THC can degrade rapidly in oral fluid when exposed to uncontrolled temperatures during transport and storage. The Quantisal stabilising buffer is designed to assist with THC preservation and improve drug recovery at the laboratory.
